What is a person injury?

A personal injury is a type of injury that has been caused because of some kind of accident which has occurred not because of your fault. The term personal injury can refers to different types of injuries which can take place because of different types of accidents.
Some of the different types of personal injuries are the injuries on the arms, feet, hands, legs, and whiplash, fracturing or breaking of the bones, injury on the back, neck and head. If all the injuries have taken place in some or other accident and the cause of accident in not your fault then all these injuries are included in the personal injury.

Injury

A person is entitled to full compensation if he is involved in any kind of accident that has taken place not because of his fault and the accident has taken place in the last 3 years then that person is subjected to the personal injury claim.

Another thing that has to be kept in mind is that personal injuries are not only limited to the physical injuries that had happened because of accidents. Personal injury can also be of the form psychological injuries.
